2. Subscription and Payment

Our services are available on a monthly recurring subscription basis.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted billing provider.

Payments are billed automatically each month until canceled.

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time from their Account Page. Canceling a subscription will stop future charges but will not provide refunds for the current billing period.

3. User Accounts

A user account is required to access our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

4. Data Handling

PCAP File Retention: Uploaded PCAP files are stored securely and automatically deleted from our servers 24 hours after upload.

Metadata Retention: Metadata and insights generated from the uploaded files are retained for analysis to improve our services.

5. Service Limitations

SipSharks.com provides analysis tools but does not guarantee resolution of SIP-related issues.
